We offer a variety of methods for you to contact us for your support needs. Please review all our methods and decide which is best for you.

Option 1: Access our Support Center

You can create a support ticket by visiting your personal account center or email us at support[at]logicdepths.net. You will receive an automatic ticket confirmation number that will allow you to check the progress of your support inquiry.

Please note that the login for the support ticket system is the same as your billing system login.

Option 2: Live Chat

Need immediate help, you can contact us via live chat, simply click the button at the top of the page. Please note that Live Chat is not 24/7 due to the fact that we do take breaks and are not always available.

Option 3: Call Us

If you wish to get ahold of us via a phone instead of live chat Logic Depths is available. If you wish to call us please be prepared to supply us with the following information: Website Address, cPanel Username, cPanel Password. We ask for that information to ensure that you are the owner of the account. Please note Phone Support is not 24/7 due to the fact that we are humans and we do need sleep.
